REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY
Stock
At any one time, Feeling Inspired has thousands of bead types moving through our stores. Some of these beads are one off production lines which are not manufactured on a continual basis. We import these lines so that our stock is continually interesting and new. This also means that we may not be able to provide a bead that you purchased from us some time ago. Whilst we try to keep beads in our catalogue in stock at all times, this is not always achievable. Your items will be sent from either our Sydney or Melbourne warehouse, and sometimes split between the two warehouses, depending on stock levels. Please also note that colours of stock may vary slightly. Due to fluctuating market prices advertised prices and quantites are subject to change.
Payment
Feeling Inspired accepts payments online via debit/credit cards, PAYPAL and direct deposit. Please note that with direct deposit payments, goods will not be shipped out until funds have cleared. With all other payments the order will be shipped out as soon as it is filled.
Shipping
Feeling Inspired uses Australia Post to send out all our orders. Costs for shipping are based on a flat rate cost listed below.
- Regular Post: $9.95
- Express Post: $14.95
However, if the total cost of your goods for the order is over $200.00, we offer free Regular post shipping.
Shipping times are dependent on the state and area your postcode falls into. All times can be viewed on the Australia Post webpage.
Return, Exchange and Damaged Goods Policy
We do not give refunds for change of mind, so please choose your goods carefully. Cut lengths and strands will not be exchanged or refunded. We are happy to exchange all other goods if they are returned in their original condition within 7 days of receipt. Feeling Inspired will not cover the shipping charge incurred by your return. You will have to pay the cost of returning the goods, and pay the cost of having the new goods shipped to you. If you receive an incomplete or damaged consignment, please contact us immediately upon receipt, so we can resolve any issues to your satisfaction.
